Project description:
The “Adosvi” Youth Centre is a space that preteens and teens in the town of Villamayor can use in their free time to spend time with others their age and participate in learning and recreational activities. It’s intended for 11-14 year olds and it serves as a bridge between Ciudad de lxs Niñxs and Casjuvi, by intending to follow a coherent methodology in all services offered.

It offers the following: a space for studying and academic support, workshops and recreational activities, outings and excursions both in Villamayor and outside of Villamayor.

The project objectives are:

The general objective of Adosvi is to develop a space intended for Villamayor’s preteens and teens where they can participate in social and educational activities, encouraging their autonomy and development in the community from a healthy and comprehensive perspective. 

These are the specific objectives:

• To provide a space to Villamayor’s preteens and teens where they can meet, connect with others, take part in healthy recreational activities and stimulate their social and cultural engagement. 
• To create activities that boost the comprehensive development of participants. 
• To provide teens and preteens in the town with a safe space where they can raise their personal doubts and concerns, helping to alleviate those that may be a barrier to their biopsychosocial development. 
• To support community development and boost active participation in the activities.
