Salamanca Local action Plan
Project description:
A Local Action Plan is a strategic and integrated programmatic document that defines the guidelines for implementing a series of actions planned in the short, medium and long term. Therefore, it is a roadmap that Local Urban Agendas should follow in order to achieve identified objectives. The strength of this document lies in the participatory processes-both external (citizens and local agents) and internal (municipal politicians and officials)-which nourish all of its phases of elaboration.
The Salamanca Local Action Plan (PALSA) is envisaged as a true city plan that gathers different perspectives (environmental, social, economic, etc.) and visions (technical, qualitative, etc.), integrating them into a single document.
